I really like the photo of the old door. Must be something genetic – my great-grandmother was a painter and her favorite subjects were collapsing barns. She would drive around the rural country snapping photos of barns in various states of collapse and later on paint them. Unbeknownst to their owners, many a barn within 50 miles of where she lived was memorialized in her work.
