Arthur, left, and friend Capone, window gazing.
Arthur, formally know as PRINCE Arthur, is one of Momcat’s offspring. He is a year younger than brother Capone, and sports an attractive tabby coat with wide, black stripes. While Momcat is a ticked tabby, also known as an Abysinnian tabby, Capone is a mackerel tabby, with narrow stripes. Arthur’s wide stripes are those of a classic tabby. When Arthur was a kitten, his stripes seemed so huge on his tiny body, they barely seemed to fit on him, but he has grown into his stripes and is a handsome fellow.

Arthur has a fondness for food that is positively dog-like. While all the other household cats accept even the most tasty delicacy with caution, carefully sniffing each offering to ensure its suitability, Arthur gobbles down any scraps that come his way with a zeal that seems to baffle his feline buddies. Arthur also seems to take a certain delight in teasing his little sister Moey. From time to time, he taunts her and teases her with mock chases, apparently for no reason but to entertain himself. Moey keeps a wary eye on Arthur. Most of the time, though, Arthur is pretty laid-back and enjoys whiling away his days snoozing in the sun.
