Smart cow!
I’m not sure that livestock access is good for the water, Louise, but it’s nice to see the cows cooling off in this hot, hot weather.
Are the cows in “your” river?
They’re in headwaters that drain into ‘our’ river, LB, a kilometre or two upstream. That river gets a lot of agricultural run-off of various sorts. It amazes me that it supports fish and an assortment of wildlife.

This summer sure has featured some very hot day, Barbara. You’d almost think climate change was kicking in.
