Barbara, this is a little stone house in nearby Prescott that was for sale last year. It had become quite run down, and whoever purchased it did a lot of work on it. The vans of craftsmen and workers were parked outside for weeks. It looks lovely now, complete with a pretty little garden and window flowers.
