They had such fun. She’ll have to bring him again when she brings out the manure for me.
It took me a moment to orient myself to your updated header. My first thought was that you’d ripped out the bushes on the left side of the gardens and then I realized they were still there, you’d just tucked yourself under the pines at the right.
You have been busy this past week! I just caught up on all of your entries since my Virginia hiatus and enjoyed every single one. Ponygirl’s cake is lovely, almost too good looking to eat. The baby tomatoes are cute as anything.
And, I’m very glad that it looks like the horses are settling in happily. How great it will be to have them all at home. More “apple picking” for you, though.
Louise, thanks for dropping by. I know you’ve surely been busy with catching up! The extra horses will be a bit more work, but the summer is much easier than winter. And I got some big round bales in for them which is simpler than the small bales I mostly feed.
Barbara, it’s wonderful to watch pretty much any young animals playing, isn’t it. Makes you wonder…did I ever have that much energy?

Sheri — Aren’t dogs fun to watch and try to figure out their behavior. Remmie and Jack act like a couple of kids — all fun and games — barbara
Seab, yep, trying a different angle.
