Icy Field
The sight of the setting sun reflecting off this icy field caught my eye as I was driving home one day last week. But when I pulled off to the side of the road to take this photo, one wheel of my car promptly broke through a crust of ice on the road shoulder and I had to call for help to come and rescue me and un-stuck the car!
Neat shot: scarlet/gamboge on prussian blue, brrr!
E.g. drove a mile down the road on New Year’s Day, minus twenty-something, and took some terrific shots under the Harbour Bridge. Then she got back in the car, and it wouldn’t start. The price photographers pay for success?
Gorgeous shot! Glad you had help and got home safely.
Lovely!
All for the sake of a picture!
