Is this serendipity or do you “manage” this patch? The mix is just right. I am fighting with a patch of wild and cultivated flowers trying to imitate a border that mixed brackens and wild flowers with garden plants I saw at the Agawa canyon some years back. So far it has not been a success. The bracken are hard to established and Queen Anne’s lace has taken over. I am waiting to see what it will do as it ages.
Alain, I can take no credit. Firstly, my daughter Seabrooke took this picture, though she didn’t give herself credit when she posted it for me. It is a field along the road near here, where she stopped and jumped out long enough to take this shot. Mother Nature gets the credit for the display. I imagine it would be hard to mimic her expertise. Good luck with your wild patch!
