This weekend, we celebrated Ponygirl’s birthday. We all got together at Seabrooke’s house and went out for lunch. Afterwards, we returned to Seabrooke’s place. She had made one of her delicious, made-to-order cakes. This one featured Ponygirl’s horse, Diva. The inside was as tasty as the outside was beautifully decorated, chocolate chip and peanut butter flavour!
While we were in town for lunch, we took time for a walk in the park and my three daughters indulged their Mom by posing for this photograph. Left to right, that’s Fiddlegirl, Seabrooke and Ponygirl. It was a beautiful, sunny and mild day, a good omen for a wonderful year to come. Happy Birthday, Ponygirl!
